Intelligent document organization
During upload to cloud storage, AI web services convert binary files, including images and video to text. Results are evaluated against multiple knowledge bases and compared with the current folder locations of other documents with the same or similar content
APEX Cloud Apps Document Manager then automatically recommends and ranks the most appropriate cloud storage folder locations, with reference to the ISO 25964 international standard for thesauri interoperability with external systems
Customer specific directory structures are easily incorporated, so organizations can choose from a range of classification systems which one to apply for any document or set of documents
Intelligently optimized document organization facilitates search, access and retrieval of information and improves speed, accuracy and consistency when processing large volumes or files from multiple sources

Extracted document text content is processed using AI powered web services that provide meaningful titles, descriptions and document summaries as well as identifying persons, organizations, locations, keywords, themes and sentience contained within.
All information is saved to the Oracle database where it may be further enhanced with User annotations that include bullet points and highlighted text as well as images, hyperlinks and intelligent document links.
The result is a far greater wealth of information compared with isolated silo based file system storage.
It is also selectively accessible to a much wider audience with exponentially faster access and more flexible search criteria including fuzzy matching and the use of query terms not even contained in the original document

Documents may also be locked to prevent further modification or upload
